Sires
We are hyper-focused on combining the best pedigrees in the breed to, hopefully, build the next set of phenomenal cow families within the breed. We think this focus is apparent as you look at our core sires and females we are building our herd on. We won’t settle - we will continue to mix and match to ensure the bar is always rising. We would love to chat about our herd, and yours, and how we can work together to raise the bar. Keep an eye on this page for updated photos and all the latest on our herd.
WPR High Altitude
There are so many great lines to work with…as we got to know Paul and Rhonda we liked the muscle and power within their herd. High Altitude stood out immediately with his powerful visual appeal…combine this with a pedigree that combines so many of the legendary cow families and you will immediately be taken. We expect great things!
L2 Peak Altitude
We respect deeply the impact that Fred and Judy Long (L2) have had on the Beefmaster breed from their initial vision back in the 1970’s. We have had the chance to get to know Judy over the past year including visiting their ranch. We knew we had to have their pedigree within our herd! We really their “essential7” philosophy that has created such an impressive consistency and performance that is storied within the breed. We picked up, and incorporated, “11/23” in Spring 2024 and can’t wait to see what incredible offspring he produces.
Females
HDH MS Gulfstream 257J
Looking at 257J pedigree will blow you away. Then look at her visual appeal and overall measures. We picked her up at Neil’s 2023 sale and are super excited to see her first offspring early 2024. She is bred to Liberty Bell which should produce a first calf that will be hard to match.
NG MS Reserve 98K
We ended up picking up three females from NextGen’s Fall 2023 sale. They all have such a great combination of genetics and measures, we are sure all will be foundational to our herd. NG MS Reserve 98K stands a little “taller” than the others and is homozygous red and polled; with great balance of measures.
L2 33/23
L2 45/23
L2 5/23
There is nothing missing with 5/23 … length, lines, and grace are a direct result of her parents - Crimson and Ivanna. We are combining her with High Altitude this Spring to surely produce something special.
Foundational Females (The Future)
As evidenced by our Sire and Female battery, we are focused on building a set of foundational females (and sires) that will drive the next several generations of our herd. We fully expect to provide our colleagues and friends with productive, profitable, and beautiful animals that will help advance any operation. Be on the lookout over the next several months for what we will bring to the breed!
